“Professional evaluation of the work of judges and courts is what is mostly needed today for the public opinion, said Minister Manjani, demanding that such professional evaluation of the work of courts and justice institutions will be continued.
“We hope that justice reform will give the opportunity to activate a breakthrough concerning the decisions of the administrative court, as is absolutely important that this court to adjudicate quickly”. He called “extraordinary success” the support that KLD has given to the administrative appeal court to increase its troop from 7 to 13 Judges.

Mr. Manjani said the troop of the court will continue to increase in the coming days, and was optimistic that the legal stalemate created would find acceptable solutions very quickly.  Deficiencies observed in the fulfillment of the judicial troop are among the most serious issues that is facing at the moment this system of courts. This is seen as the main causes of delays reported in the examination of cases. Mr. Manjani closed his speech by thanking INFOCIP “for assistance and scientific conclusions of an initiative absolutely worth it to be deepened for further research”.
