The organizational structure of the CPII consists on:

1. Board of directors
2. Executive director
3. Body of Experts (ad-hoc)

• The Center for Public Information Issues is an organization not based on membership, non-governmental, non-political, non-for-profit.

• CPII is located in Tirana and has its branches (called Citizens’ Transparency offices) in Durres, Korça, Vlora, Fier, Berat, Lushnja, etc,  which are major cities in Albania
